It's Family Day weekend here! We've got three days at home together and we are mostly loafing about, which is kind of our favourite thing to do. I'm usually the first one to get stir crazy with that, so I have some baking and crafting - both with the kids - planned for the afternoon (while Ed is seeing The Hobbit with a friend).
But, first, sharing our Menu Plan for the week!
What's on our Menu this week:
Sunday: Roast Chicken with onions, carrots, potatoes
Monday: Dump and Dash Slow Cooker Chili (recipe coming soon!) with skillet cornbread
Tuesday: Our Fish Stick Hack with potato wedges and peas
Wednesday: Simple Marinated Pork Chops with noodles and broccoli
Thursday: Bean Burritos (since the kids were little we've marketed these as: Diego Sandwiches!) with peppers and Easiest Guacamole Ever
Friday: Jelly Chicken with Broccoli and Cous Cous Salad
Saturday: Having company - will plan this meal after chatting with them about their preferences
