I’ve got a drool-worthy collection of the best Instant Pot side dish recipes for you today!  Have you started planning your holiday meals?  

I clearly am!  Last week I also shared a roundup of holiday crockpot side dishes.  I’m creating a master plan for this year’s meal that uses all the kitchen equipment.  I can’t help but think that this will streamline the stress that is cooking everything.

I’m looking ahead to Thanksgiving when we’ll be hosting family.  Even though we’re Canadian, we celebrate our Thanksgiving in November with the Americans.

Our family is super small – Ed’s only brother and his family live in the US and I’m a lonely only child.  So while most Canadians have already used up the last of their turkey leftovers, we haven’t even bought our bird yet!  We should probably get on that.
