- 1 medium mango, peeled and diced (about 10.5 oz / 300 g)
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage (about 6 oz / 170 g)
- 1 red bell pepper, diced (about 5 oz / 140 g)
- 1 medium cucumber, diced (about 8 oz / 225 g)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (about 1/4 oz / 7 g)
For the Passion Fruit Dressing
- 2 fresh or frozen passion fruits (about 2.8 oz / 80 g of pulp)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (about 1 fl oz / 30 mL)
- 1 tablespoon honey (about 0.75 oz / 21 g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (about 0.5 fl oz / 15 mL)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
Step 2: Make the Dressing

Add lime juice, honey, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
Whisk until well combined.
Step 3: Assemble the Salad

Drizzle the passion fruit dressing over the salad.
Toss gently to combine.
Step 4: Serve

- 1 medium cucumber, diced (about 8 oz / 225 g)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (about 1/4 oz / 7 g)
For the Passion Fruit Dressing:
- 2 fresh or frozen passion fruits (about 2.8 oz / 80 g of pulp)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (about 1 fl oz / 30 mL)
- 1 tablespoon honey (about 0.75 oz / 21 g)

Instructions
