Melting Snowman Hot Chocolate Bomb Recipe
Serving: 6-7 Hot Cocoa Bombs
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Resting Time: 1 to 2 hours
Total Time: 2 hour 20 minutes
Ingredients for Melting Snowman Hot Chocolate Bombs:

You’ll need this: hot chocolate bomb mold
- 1 cup (170 g) White Chocolate candy discs (you can use White Chocolate Chips, but they won’t spread as well)
- 1 cup Hot cocoa powder
- 1 cup mini marshmallows, to taste
- small package of M&M’s
- Orange and black Icing (You can use premade icing tubes to make decorating easy! or use icing colors like these with a toothpick)
- Red Marzipan (for the scarf)
Directions:

Spread the chocolate up the sides using the back of the spoon or a brush.
Chill in the refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes, until the chocolate is set.
Apply a second coat of chocolate to fill in all the gaps and thin spots.
Chill in the refrigerator again for at least 1 hour.

Stick the bottom half of the bombs on the puddle.
Let cool.

Fill half the spheres with hot chocolate powder and then top with mini marshmallows.

The heat will melt it a bit to help the halves stick together.

Use black icing for the eyes and mouth and the ear muff strap.
Use Orange icing for the carrot nose.
Here we used red marzipan for the scarf.

Or, you can place the hot chocolate bomb into a mug of warm milk and see it pop open.
Stir and enjoy!
