I think I have a problem. I can’t seem to get my mind away from Christmas baking! Just last week I shared ideas for unique Christmas cookies for cookie exchange parties – and now I’ve already got this collection of easy no bake Christmas treats.
No-bake holiday cookies have so much going for them!
- You can make no-bake Christmas cookies with kids more simply and safely – without having the oven to contend with.
- Plus no-bake desserts mean you aren’t slowed down if you’re making a few kinds at once. It can be so frustrating to wait while a single batch cooks when you have an ambitious holiday treat making plan.
This year I plan to go a little more crazy with Christmas baking and Ed’s excited. He’s the Cookie Monster personified – seriously – you can hear “um-num-num” and watch crumbs fly while he eats cookies with both hands (Ed note- This is libellous! I never waste crumbs).
He can’t wait for the holidays to actually get here and we start making all these no bake Christmas treats. What about you?
