  • 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless (1 lb | 453 g)
  • 1 egg, large
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (1.05 oz | 30 g)
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese (1.05 oz | 30 g)
  • for Vegetables:
    • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
    • Salt, to taste
    • ⅓ cup butter, melted (2.68 oz | 76 g)
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 lb | 453 g potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
    •  0.44 lb | 200 g green beans, roughly chopped

Directions for Sheet Pan Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 400 F | 200 C. Grease a sheet pan with cooking oil spray.

Halve both chicken breasts lengthwise.

In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.

Transfer the chicken to the sheet pan and spray with cooking oil spray.

Pour half the butter mixture over the potatoes. Toss to coat.

Set aside.
