Ingredients

No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats (90g)
  • ½ cup peanut butter (120g)
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds (20g)
  • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed (20g)
  • 1/8 cup honey (40g)
  • 1 oz dark or semisweet chocolate (30g)

Method

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, chia seeds, ground flaxseed and honey.

2. Press the mixture firmly into a parchment-lined baking tin.

3. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.

5. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until firm.
